Refund & Return Policy

  • At The Sophisticated Shoppers, LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms below:
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: For most returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover the full cost.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds. If 15 business days have passed without a refund, please contact us at returns@thesophisticatedshoppers.com.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch items, please return your original order and place a new one once your refund is processed.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
